Early FAFSA and Prior Data

In Fall 2015 the President announced two changes that are major the complimentary Application for Federal scholar help (FAFSA) process. The FAFSA will become available to students and their families on October 1st while traditionally the FAFSA filing cycle begins on January 1 of the year preceding the award/academic year, starting with the 2017-2018 cycle.
